Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original JORO packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at a designated carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
